YUM!!!
Sometimes you dont need words Robin – the pictures say it all – absolutely scrummy looking!
“Summer’s bounty”, or, what the heck can I do to use up these vegetables? Beautiful photos, each one makes me yearn for a taste.
ok ………. lookin good – is there any onion in there, and what cheese? x
The gorgeous photos of your meal is making me hungry! This looks absolutely delicious!
I think I can smell it! Mmmmm.
Buon appetito!
You forgot the fresh basil!
How did you know?!
I know because I make a dish very like this every squashtastic summer!
Garlic and/or onions also suggested.
Sometimes I’ll throw in some fennel seeds just to shake things up a bit.
Food is absolutely the universal language. Looks delicious!
Well that is tomorrow’s lunch sorted out! I’ve already made the courgette muffins, and loved them.
I’ll fill in the gaps tomorrow. Not that I need to it seems!
Looks too delicious for words anyway!
