Lovely! Interesting that your autumn garden contains many of the blooms I’ve enjoyed in my summer garden here in South Carolina. Have been out this morning putting those beds to sleep for the coming winter months.
Maybe our latitude is not too different!?
Very pretty, they do lift the spirit, and makes a bright end to the day. We tried the fennel and garlic dish tonight and liked it very much. Also, ordered “Delicious Dishes” from the local bookstore. Looking forward to it.
Yes, we have similar autumn blooms in North Carolina as well. They really are breath-taking, but it is so easy to take our focus off the beauty that is all around us when we become too busy to “stop and smell the roses” 😉

Just finished watching Poldark for first time–wonderful! Love the blossom pictures above. Reminds me of the blooms in New Zealand.
